Spottd is an AI-powered search tool that analyses fashion images and descriptions to surface visually similar products from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. All purchases take place on the retailer's own website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spottd. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

All content, design, and software comprising Spottd are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that image solely for the purpose of providing the search result. We do not store uploaded images beyond the duration of your session.

Spottd participates in affiliate programmes. When you click “Shop” on a product, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are how we keep the service free.

We have no control over third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, pricing accuracy, stock availability, or privacy practices. Product prices and availability shown in Spottd may differ from the retailer's current listing.

Search results are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not perfectly matched to your query. We do not guarantee that any product shown is an exact match to an uploaded image. Always verify product details on the retailer's website before purchasing.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spottd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any purchase decisions made based on search results.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is £0).

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@spottd.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
